12/3(三) 美国强迫劳动法规宣导会

目的Purpose

美国海关暨边境保护局（CBP）依据《1930年关税法》第307条发布暂扣令，针对包含台湾在内多国厂商疑涉强迫劳动产品禁止输入美国，此一情势将使我商对美贸易更须注重法遵，为协助我国企业掌握美国法规要求与最新执法趋势，本次宣导会特邀美国Crowell & Moring律师事务所说明涉及强迫劳动之相关规范、进口合规义务及供应链管理重点，协助业者提前因应国际法规变化，降低贸易与声誉风险，以强化国际法遵韧性。

The US Customs and Border Protection (CBP), under Section 307 of the Tariff Act of 1930, has issued Withhold Release Orders (WROs) prohibiting the importation of products from several countries, including Taiwan, that are suspected of being produced with forced labor. This development underscores the imperative for Taiwanese enterprises trading with the United States to enhance their regulatory compliance efforts. To help Taiwanese enterprises better understand US regulatory requirements and recent enforcement trends, this webinar will feature experts from Crowell & Moring LLP, who will provide an overview of forced labor regulations, import compliance obligations, and key considerations in supply chain management. This webinar aims to equip companies with the knowledge to proactively respond to evolving international regulatory developments, mitigate trade and reputational risks, and strengthen the overall compliance resilience.
